What do I do if an item is out of stock?

Hey girly! Feel free to reach out to info.girlygirlsboutique@gmail.com with the name of the item, color and size that you're interested in and we can let you know if and when it will restock!

How do I know if my order was placed?

You will have receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam box too, within 24 hours please reach out to info.girlygirlsboutqiue@gmail.com and we will double check that your order has been confirmed!

How long will it take my order to ship?

We strive to ship out every order within 72 hours.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You can plan on your order arriving in 5-8 business days.  Use your tracking number emailed to you or track through the Shop app for the most accurate estimate.

Can I order outside of the US?

Hey girly, unfortunately we are not able to support orders outside of the US at this time.

How can I check my order status?

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number.  You can track your order through the USPS site or through the Shop app with your tracking and order number!

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

At this time you cannot cancel an order after it has been confirmed.  Accidents happen and we understand that!  If you need to modify your order, please reach out as soon as possible to info.girlygirlsboutique.com and we will do our best to switch out a color or size if the order has not been shipped and we have the product in stock.  If not, you will have to go forward with the exchange, or if eligible, the return process.

Help! I ordered the wrong size!

Accidents happen and we understand that!  If you need to modify your order, please reach out as soon as possible to info.girlygirlsboutique.com and we will do our best to switch out a color or size if the order has not been shipped and we have the product in stock.  If not, you will have to go forward with the exchange, or if eligible, the return process.

Can I return a sale item?

All sale items are FINAL SALE.  Accessories are always considered final sale.

Do you offer refunds?

Please review our refund policy.  If you need to initiate a return please follow the instructions in the policy and you will receive a response within 14 days business days of the return.

My item is damaged, what should I do?

We inspect every item before it is shipped out and take precaution to pack our items to protect them as much as possible. That being said, we have zero control over the delivery service and we understand that sometimes things happen. If your item is damaged please take photos immediately upon receiving your item and email them to info.girlygirlsboutique.com within 48 hours of your package being delivered.  You can initiate a return after it has been approved. Please note that color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
